This page explains what this website collects when you write to the clinic and how I use it.

What the website collects

When you send the contact form, I receive your name, your phone number or email, your preferred way and time to be reached and your message. The site does not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, session recording or an embedded scheduler.

Please don't send medical details

The form is not the place for your diagnosis, medicines or anything about your health. Tell me by phone or at your first visit instead.

How I use your message

I use it only to reply to you and to plan a visit. I don't sell it or share it for marketing.

Your records

I keep your records private and share them only as the law allows, and with your oncology team only when you sign a release. To ask what I hold about you, or to have a message deleted, call or write.
