Your first visit
About 75 minutes, mostly talking and resting
The first visit is longer than the ones after it, because I would like to understand where you are in treatment before I touch you. You stay clothed. Wear something loose that rolls up at the elbow and the knee, and bring a layer in case you get cold.
Bring
A list of your medicines and supplements
The date and numbers of your latest blood work, if you have them
Your treatment dates, and the name of your oncology team
Someone to drive you, if you tire easily

Services
What happens, step by step
- 01
Step 1: You arrive
Park by the door, come in without stairs and sit in the chair of your choice. Tell me how the drive was and how you feel.
- 02
Step 2: We talk
About 20 minutes. I ask where you are in treatment, what your team has told you and what you would like from visits. You can stop me any time.
- 03
Step 3: I choose what to do
Needles, touch or ear seeds. I explain the risks and what I plan before I begin, and you can say no to any of it.
- 04
Step 4: You rest
About 25 minutes in a recliner or on a table, with a blanket, while I stay nearby.
- 05
Step 5: We plan
I tell you what I did, suggest the next visit and offer a summary for your oncology team. You decide.
