Kristina Schulz
Licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac.), owner
I see people in cancer treatment, one at a time, in a quiet room in Kasson. I work alongside your oncology care and I answer to your oncology team's plan.
I became an acupuncturist after sitting with a family member through treatment and noticing how little room there was to rest. I have since trained in supportive care for people in cancer treatment, and I keep my practice small so that each visit can be slow and each plan can change when your counts, your medicines or your week do.
I use fine, single-use needles sparingly, and I use touch and ear seeds often. I explain the risks before we begin and I will stop whenever you ask. I will not tell you what to do about your cancer, and I will not ask you to choose between my care and your oncology team's.
What I offer
- Acupuncture, acupressure and ear seeds
- Visits planned around infusion, radiation and surgery dates
- Visits for family members and caregivers
